Every time your rental house is the victim of theft, you feel as if there is only so much you can do.  File a police report according to their guidelines, post a message on social media, but you never know if that will reach the audience you are looking for.  

 

The Rental House Syndicate was developed exclusively for production and film rental houses in Southern California to allow rental houses an additional resource where we can discover problematic renters or sub-rent equipment to fulfill a rental order.

 

After Ryan Roman’s rental not being returned, and discovering that he targeted several other rental houses in the state, it prompted us to create the Rental House Syndicate so we can catch this guy and any future renters with malicious intent.
