1. The Lessee acknowledges receiving the equipment in good working condition.
2. The Lessee agrees to use the equipment in a safe and proper manner and in compliance with all applicable laws.
3. The Lessee shall not sub-rent, sell, or otherwise dispose of the equipment.
4. The Lessee is responsible for all risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction to the equipment from any cause.
5. The Lessee shall return the equipment in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
6. The Lessee agrees to pay for any repairs or replacement costs resulting from damage or loss.
7. The Lessee shall notify the Lessor immediately in case of theft, loss, or damage to the equipment.

The Lessee agrees to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the rented equipment, including:

The Lessee must provide proof of insurance before taking possession of the equipment.

If the equipment is not returned by the Rental End Date, the Lessee will be charged the daily rental rate for each additional day, plus a late fee of $ per day.

The Lessor may terminate this Agreement immediately if:

1. The Lessee fails to make payment when due
2. The Lessee breaches any term of this Agreement
3. The equipment is used for illegal purposes
4. The Lessee provides false information

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
