Thief, going by Patrick Bonazza, had all required paperwork, ID, COI and CC processed before the pickup. Pickup was set for last Friday, February 6th, that their PA would be picking up the gear at 3:00pm . Original contact was February 4th, two days before. Our crew went to meet 'Ashley " outside, she did not step out of the vehicle, signed the paperwork and left. We reached out yesterday when gear was returned late, they asked for an extended day(semi common) and they emailed today said the latest they'd return is 10:30am. We have called, emailed, and text. They blocked the office number and have not picked up from any other cells.
